Downtown Marion Inc. hosts an array of popular events that bring the community together. Our Third Thursdays are a local favorite, featuring live music, food, and entertainment, and drawing thousands to experience downtown Marion’s vibrant culture. New this year are the Cookie Walk and Fall Festival, adding to longstanding traditions like the Christmas Parade, Tree Lighting, and the festive Christmas Gala. Each event showcases the heart of Marion, creating opportunities for locals and visitors to shop, dine, and celebrate downtown’s growing energy.

Third Thursdays

Third Thursdays in Downtown Marion, Ohio is a popular event series held on the third Thursday of each month from May to September. This community-centered event brings live music, food trucks, artisan vendors, and family-friendly activities to the downtown area. It’s designed to create a lively, engaging atmosphere, attracting both locals and visitors alike.

Downtown Marion Cookie Walk

A new addition, the Cookie Walk invites participants to explore Downtown Marion while collecting cookies from various local businesses. This fun and interactive event is perfect for families and anyone who loves sweets and supporting local shops.

Annual Monster
Dash 5K
