 Since founding Fairhaven Community in Upper Sandusky, our first health care community, we have grown to include eight health care sites and 47 housing communities in ten states.  Our health care sites provide a full continuum of care, including retirement living, assisted living, and a variety of options to meet your changing health care needs.
  
United Church Homes housing provides comfortable and affordable apartment living for persons aged 62 years or older, including Brownstone Terrace in Marion.  Since opening its doors in 1991, Brownstone Terrace had offered quality, low-cost apartment living to persons aged 62 years or older or physically handicapped or mobility impaired.  If your income does not exceed 30 percent of the area median income or you have an extremely low income, please call today and ask how Brownstone Terrace  can help you.

United Church Homes has been a part of the Marion community for over 10 years.  We have participated in many local events, including United Way, local food drives, and sponsoring parking for the Marion Popcorn Festival with proceeds going to local charitable organizations.
